These terms govern myaddress.cc, operated by Kequtech Innovations Kft. By accessing or using MyAddress, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Age and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms. MyAddress uses MyAddress ID for sign-in. You are responsible for controlling your sign-in email and for activity performed through your active sessions.

2. The service

MyAddress is a free purpose-address mailbox. You choose a useful label and the service generates an opaque email address. It receives and organises messages for active addresses and provides search, preferences, attachments, Trash and limited sending features.

MyAddress is not a general outbound email account. You may start mail to a known, active internal MyAddress address. External replies are available only to accounts explicitly enabled by Kequtech and only to recipients derived from a message already received or sent through an address. You cannot type an arbitrary external recipient.

3. Storage and deletion

Each account currently has a 100 MiB storage limit. Mail in Trash continues to use storage. If an account exceeds the limit, the daily process may permanently empty existing Trash and then move unimportant and oldest messages to Trash. Staged messages ordinarily remain recoverable for one day before the next run can remove them permanently.

You are responsible for retaining any message or attachment you cannot afford to lose. MyAddress is not an archival or backup service. You can close your account and request deletion through [email protected].

4. Your content and other people

You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Kequtech the limited rights needed to receive, copy, store, index, display, transmit, secure and delete that content while operating MyAddress. You must have the right to send content and must respect the privacy, confidentiality and intellectual-property rights of others.

An email address is routing information, not proof of a person's identity or authority. You remain responsible for checking important requests through an appropriate channel.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MyAddress to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• send spam, threats, harassment, fraud, malware or abusive material;
• automate account or address creation, evade limits or probe security;
• misrepresent identity or use an address for unauthorised access; or
• disrupt delivery, infrastructure or another person's mailbox.

Kequtech may disable an address, restrict sending, suspend a session or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or stop abuse.

6. Availability and delivery

MyAddress is provided on an as available basis. Email delivery can be delayed, rejected, duplicated, misclassified or lost because of sender systems, routing providers, filtering, quotas or outages. Kequtech does not guarantee that an address, message, attachment or feature will remain available indefinitely.

7. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, Kequtech is not responsible for indirect loss, missed messages, external account loss or business interruption caused by reliance on this free mailbox. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes and ending the service

Kequtech may change, suspend or end features or the service. Material changes that adversely affect active accounts will be announced through the service or the account's available contact channel where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms means the revised terms apply.

9. Governing law and contact

Hungarian law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and court jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Support and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
